  100% Pinot Noir
  from the lieux-dits Les Famines and La Gigotte in Volnay
  sustainably farmed.
  Manual harvest.
  Traditional vinification with indigenous yeast.
  Aged ~22 months in oak.
  13% Abv. 13 barrels produced.
  Background: The Buffet family dates back to 1692 as winegrowers.
  Jacques Buffet handled 40 vintages from 1965 to 2004
  before handing over to son Marc-Olivier in 2005.
  Proprietor/Winemaker: Marc-Olivier Buffet (7th Gen).
  
  A(ccuray)=2: Med ruby. Fragrant, floral varietal.
  B(alance)=3: Modulated components in harmony.
  C(omplexity)=2: Red berries, rose petals, earthy leaves.
  D(epth)=1: Silky mouthfeel. Good length and finish.
