  I don't generally drink Chardonnay, and don't really enjoy white wine in general...the nose on this wine was not for me. However, the transitions from palate to midpalate to finish were seamless and made this a real gem. A bit creamy, not over-oaked, and very tasty. Had with a salted and peppered salmon served with a dill cream sauce...very nice pairing.
