  From pop and pour. Beautifully aromatic. Blueberry pie and slight plummy. Pepper and meaty, pork dripping aromas come and go. Vanilla and cinnamon spice. Crushed rocks.
  
  Slightly chalky tannins and surprisingly bright acidity. Intense, extracted and lengthy. Feels like it’s got the bones to age over the next 10 years.
