  • This is 60% syrah and 40% mourvedre. Dark color, nose of dark fruits, leather, meat, rosemary and a bit of barnyard. On the palate this is drinking great, blackberries, blood, licorice with a meaty finish. The tannins are fully integrated. I saved a glass that I vaccued in a half bottle and 2 days later it improved a bit.
Last bottle I had about a year ago was totally cooked so I'm lucky this 1 performed well.
I would like to try a different vintage but I haven't seen this wine in the country.
