8th harvest from their Margaret's Bench vineyard.
Green apple, lime zest, white grapefruit, minerality that made you imagine you were licking rock, a smidge of lees.
Off-dry, with a very direct acidity that makes you pay attention. Paired insanely well with Korean galbi.
This was bright, lively & well worth drinking. I imagine this would pair well with basically any food choice.
