  This bottle was bought at the winery upon release and stored in ideal condition since. The medium-bodied sparkling wine had a beautiful, orange golden colour and offered a nice combination of red fruit flavours, cherry, red grapes, some yellow fruit, hazelnut, roasted almond, toast and a hint of smoke, with good length. The mousse was very creamy and the wine has become very balanced and harmonious and developed an incredibly smooth texture over the years. Really great balance and harmony! Lovely!
