  Vs the Antonio Quari (and her other flower cuvées), this felt more wound up and less natural, almost made in a classic and traditional style. Copius amount of weighty purple fruits, some spices and structured tannins, doesn’t have the shrill acid that usually comes with her flower cuvees. Still has that aromatic lift but with the added dimension of depth.

  VDS 2-98. Claire Naudin, Domaine Henri Naudin-Ferrand, Ladoix 1er La Corvee 2018
  
  잊을만하면 생각나는 Naudin. 5개월 만에 다시 테이스팅
  이번엔 역대급 퍼포먼스를 보여주었다. 제자리를 찾아가는 느낌이다.
  
  우선 코르크에서도 잡내없이 깔끔한 오리엔탈스파이시와 레드베리향이 느껴져 일단은 합격!
  병브리딩 1시간 이후에 테이스팅.
  
  노즈에서 고급진 오리엔탈스파이시가 지배적으로 느껴졌다. 온도가 조금 낮아 천천히 온도 올리면서 테이스팅했는데 잔에서 브리딩 진행됨에 따라 생생한 레드베리로 넘어갔다가 화려한 생장미. 마지막엔 삼나무, 버섯으로 이어지는 멋진 모습을 보여 주었다.
  팔렛은 기본적으로 좋은 밸런스와 은은한 탄닌으로 잘 채워주고 있었는데 노즈의 화려함에 비해 수수해 보이는 느낌이였다.
  
  22년 봄 처음 테이스팅 했을때의 강열함이 이렇게 복합적이고 다채로운 모습으로 변화한 것에 너무도 즐겁게 테이스팅했고 남은 한 병을 더 기대하게 만들었다.
  2018이 쉽지 않은 빈티지만 잘 만드는 생산자는 역시 였다.

  노즈를 섬세하게 잘 풀어내는 좋은 퍼포먼스, 아름다운 곡선미의 비쥬얼, 흠 잡을때 없는 만듦새, 얇은 립에서 오는 입맛, 낮은키에서 오는 안정감과 좋은 수납성까지 겸비한 아주 훌륭한 잔이다.

  Claire Naudin, Domaine Henri Naudin-Ferrand, Ladoix 1er La Corvee 2018
  
  일년만에 다시 만나 노댕 라 꼬르베…
  지난번엔 쉬라인듯 강열했었는데 많이 부드러워지고 피노누아 스러워졌다.
  
  12.5%의 알콜도수에 비해 강열한 컬러가 대조적이면서도 강한 피노를 대변하기도 하는것 같다.
  강열한 오리엔탈스파이시, 정향을 필두로 파워풀한 18빈의 힘에서 비롯된 드라이된 검붉은 베리 과실, 버섯의 김칠맛, 오크 뉘앙스까지 복합적인 피노누아를 잘 보여 준다.
  팔렛에서는 나홀로 완병이 어렵지 않을만큼 밸런스가 좋았고, 탄닌은 탄탄하고 강하지만 거칠진 않은데 실크보다는 포근한 양모 같은 느낌이다.
  두어시간 동안 완병하는 중에도 전혀 흔들림없이 좋은 모습을 보여주었다.
