  • Original expression of riesling from a small family domaine. Rich yellow. Honeyed nose, supermaturity of citrus, passion fruit, pineapple. Just a bit of elegant oxidation reminds us of burgundy, jura or champagne! It's part of the house style, as the wine matures. Lots of stony, chalky minerals just as apetizing as fino or champagne. Surprisingly dry on the palate, with grapefruit bitterness. Somewhat austere, intense and very long. It really has some strange resemblance to jura and fino. Seems to be fully developed, but not over the hill. Excellent and fascinating wine.
