  • A blend of organically farmed Müller-Thurgau, Silvaner, Scheurebe and Riesling. Tasted blind in VV.

Moderately deep lime-green color. Surprisingly restrained and quite subtle note with slightly sweet aromas of red apples, some green notes of rainy forest and a hint of citrus fruits. The wine is medium-bodied and juicy yet remarkably tasteless on the palate with restrained, medium-dry flavors of ripe green apples and nothing else. The overall feel is very simple and linear. High acidity. Moderately long, off-dry aftertaste of vague apple-driven fruit.

With its high acidity and noticeable yet balanced residual sugar this wine could be nice - if it had any taste or character. Now it just has some vague, somewhat appley flavors and nothing else. A very simple, boring and unrewarding wine. Waste of money at 10,38€.
