  Maybe my first venture into Cote de Roussilon. Pleasant surprise. Didn’t read up on wine specs before tasting and expected Cote de Rhone’ish wine. But this is very fruity (ripe, not overipe, black currant and other red berries), medium body, low tannin, hint of vanilla from nice oak. Very quaffable. Would definitely like to buy this one again.
  50% Carignan, 40% Syrah, 10% Grenache

Alle druer håndhøstes fra stokke som står på perfekt sydvendte marker med optimal soleksponering og dræning, hvor de ældste stokke er over 70 år gamle.
