PNP into Atiap Titanium 200ml wine vessel (“Fruit” to “No” day): Medium purplish ruby to the eyes.
Lots of earthy and complex spicy notes on nose, subltle and elegant red cherry fruits, some hints of eggwhite reduction.
Very earthy, vegetal, flora and woody notes here. Amazing red wild cherry and plummy fruits. Not unlike a top flight Poyeux Cabernet Franc (reminiscent of Clos Rougeard…).
What a great showcase here, very complex and satisfying wine here. 95 points.
2nd day, with 1/2 left in bottle uncorked: still amazingly fresh and enjoyable.

2017 jaimee motley Peter Martin ray cab Dark chewy cassis and lighter fruit gives way to flowers with perfumed tar. Fennel. Yummy pyrazine notes. Rosemary. Smooth with soft tannins. Long finish for 12.5% Abv. Really fantastic.

After 6 hours decant (which was very impactful). Really excellent. Earthy, herbal, and brightly acidic.

Lower alch, light body - you could almost think Beaujolais. Cranberry, bergamot tea, smoke.

Very pure, electric acidity, fresh dark fruit, grippy tannins. Delicious, but for my palate this needs more time in the cellar.
