A Provencial wild child - Haru means spring in Japanese - it’s an ode to the changing of seasons. Counter culture but respectful of its heritage - rich berries and savory herbs.

Just delicious Don’t be fooled by the bottle, this is an intelligent and serious rather than a whimsical and frivolous rose Pronounced aromas of strawberry, dried herbs, funky and earthy notes, and maybe cranberry and definitely watermelon. Some spice. The fruits on the nose are on the sour side rather than the baked or confected side. An extremely fruit-forward palate that almost gives the impression the wine is off dry, however it is in fact dry Low tannins Medium+ acidity Good to very good length Appearance is cloudy and deep Pacific salmon pink

Popped and poured. Strawberry color. Rich floral aroma. Subtle mix of flavors includes pear, apricot, minerals, with slight herbal notes. Chalky citrus finish. Hearty but nuanced, mutable, firm backbone, pure flavors, weighty mouthfeel.
Distinctive, compelling. Very much good to go now, but there may be future potential.
