  Very pale silvery gold. Fresh and crisp nose of yellow apples, minerals and pear blossoms. Clean and crisp entry that is fuller than expected with good fruit extract and richness with a lingering phenolic astringency. The flavours are more yellow apples and yellow plums, lemon zest, minerals and tangy citric acidity. Longish finish that is round and fruit-filled and tangy. Quite lovely!
