Lime pith, green apple skin, and quince dominate, with a spritzy and linear posture that comes off primary and juvenile, this Kunstler is a bit of a straight shot cough drop at the moment. Flint and flowers make occasional appearances throughout consumption, but the flavors remain quiveringly tense and nervy. Leave this alone for 3-5+ years. It’s a little peeved right now. 90-92+ points.
Screwcap seal.

Screwcap, 13% ABV. Youthful and tight, yeast and flowers, bright ripe fruit, explosive floral notes, exemplary balance and tension, perfect weight, excellent length. Looks like an excellent vintage.
