Elegant wine. Beautiful deep ruby color. Red fruit on the nose and palate, dominated by mouthwatering, slightly tart cherry. Medium body with smooth tannins and acids in balance. A pleasure to drink. Paired beautifully with a mustard-sage roast pork and chestnut wild rice. The last few drops were surprisingly complimentary to a cranberry strudel. Only have one more of this - wish I had more.

A beautiful PN with notes similar to my last tasting in November 2022. Great balance with dark fruit, soft tannins and long satisfying finish. Paired with grilled Copper River salmon.

Really good wine, well balanced, drinking very nicely right now. Lots of bright cherry. This is a bit lighter bodied than a lot of RRV and KB Pinots. Still a very nice wine, just not quite what I was expecting from a 2017 RRV. We have one more of these and one more Treehouse from the same vintage, will pry let them lay for another few years and maybe do a side by side.

Side by side with ‘17 Seasmoke Ten. Split decision with the wife. Can’t go wrong either way, but let it breathe for an hour+. It will be worth it.
