  This evolved beautifully over the years and it was plucked just at the right drinking window. Very ripe, rich Shiraz nose with a lot of tertiary supplement, but the palate delivers this nice, silky-smooth elegance, complemented by a solid dose of refreshing acidity. Tannins are fully resolved and finish is medium. Nice wine and a great example of how Australian Shiraz can develop.

  Still very primary, nice well balanced black fruit overlaying a fair bit of structure. A little pepper and cassis are starting to give this wine some nice complexity. Starting to soften from a few years ago, evolving at a glacial pace. Decanted for an hour.
