Pale lemon colour. Medium and youthful nose with green apples, gooseberry, grass, grapefruit, elderflowers, salty sea and flint. Medium taste of green apples, gooseberry, grapefruit, elderflowers, salty sea and flint. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good British White Blend. Drink now or over the next couple of years. Goes well with fish or shellfish.

Served to accompany fish pie. This blend of several varities, typically ncluding bacchus, chardonnay and pinot blanc is refreshing and vibrant, whilst straightforward. Floral and citrus nose with pineapples and more citrus on the palate. Good value for money and a pleasant alternative to some of the mainstream varieties.

Really excellent high acidity, full fruit white that is perfectly balanced. I just wish the English vineyards would concentrate on producing this sort of wine for which the climate is ideal for rather than dull, characterless reds and some whites similarly, as well. Cracking wine.

Strågul farge. Lukter lime og eplekart. Frisk syre, fersk frukt. Lang syrlig utgang. Perfekt for sjømat antakelig. Et artig bekjentskap (heldigvis har jeg 4 stk.). Jeg forsøker den til chiliburger og pasta denne gangen.
