  Colour was good, the wine was splendid. There's some gunpowder upon first sniff. It breathes to show complex aromatics of baked earth, brown spices, dried fruits, root vegetables, leather and smoked meats. It is full and fleshy, with a sweet vinous core. There's still decent structure and a finish that has black olive saltiness and outstanding length.
