Incredibly creamy in that Viognier way, yet so fresh. Notes of grapefruit, white peach, nectarine, jasmine, saline, cream, and honeysuckle. Excellent concentration of flavour and plenty of body. With more time this will become even more honeyed. Lovely.

Pale gold. Curious mix on the nose: cream and white stone fruits, maybe a touch of lychee juice. Creamy mouthful with sharper white fruits (nectarine, white grapes, maybe even some poached rhubarb). A very slight floral honey taste - but not honeysuckle. Much nicer on a second look.

Appealing smoky, reductive notes which dominate the nose but there’s peach in the background too. The palate has nice balcne, not too rich and heavy which Viognier is prone to. This offers up crunchy peach and apricot with a dash of lime cordial with a long, smoky finish.
