Initially rich and apple-y (not my favorite) showing signs of the warm vintage….and while that fruit profile sustained, the wine seemed to get fresher with some air as well as revealing grassy and mineral characteristics, all of which made this much more interesting over time. Good intensity

A little bit of cheesy funk to the nose. There's ripe peach and a suggestion of pineapple husk. It is dense in the mouth, with flesh and decent line. It has relatively gentle acidity, but plenty of minerally freshness to the finish.

Very good wine… on the nose lots of creamy lemon woth on the palate a good minerality/ vibrancy , savouriness mixed w tangerina aromas.. wine has a very long finish and acidity that livens up the palate… Very nice to drink now (better to air it for at least 30-40 min) and for a few years ageing

My first experience with Latour/Giraud. Quite fresh and lively on nose and palate. Flinty at first followed by acute citrus and peels. Palate shows some oak and butter initially leading to more citrus fruit, schist and mineral, finish of soft vanilla. Integrated and well structured.

One of the best wines in the Latour-Giraud line-up in 2018. Mildly petroleum-infused mineral nose of ripe citrus and apples. Saline palate backed by bright acidity. Really shines over time in the glass and in the bottle over a few days. There is no harm in opening a bottle today. 94+ potential as it ages.
