Had at Domenics: $7/$28. Dark ruby color. Nose of blackberries, hints of licorice. Huge, thick, chewy mouthfeel, bit oily. Reasonable tannic structure with peppery spice. Had with a light margarita pizza with fresh basil. I disagree with the pairing and think a Pinot Noir would have been better. But I'm quite glad I had the wine because it was very enjoyable and I imagine it only costs $10-12 in the store! Will buy soon.
