Nose: lemon balm, creamy, herbs, maybe some lime. Nice acidity, creamy, substantial, yet lean, mineralic.

Tasted after 2019 Rausch GG. 18 months in cask. Less tight, more open and detailed, creamy, fresh with lovely fruit and a solid core of minerality. Great depth on the palate, perfectly integrated acidity, very very long. Wonderful. 94-95+
