Color: light gold, nose: sweet classic mead smell, a bit yeasty, vanilla, a bit of a cheddar. Taste: green apple that quickly hits a bitter note then medium tannins on the back end. Balanced mouth feel with nice acidity and alcohol doesn’t stand out.

It is different. It is not syrupy sweet and it has a nice flavour. Great on its own. Not sure how to cook with it or what foods pair best with it.
