Aromas of biscuit, bread, lees, apple, and pear emerge from the glass after about 10 minutes of exposure to air. On the palate, the wine is bright, with clean and precise green-fruit flavors. Not much of the aromas carry to the palate, unfortunately. Perhaps that is expected with the BdB cepage. Beautiful perlage and a wine that gets better as you continue to drink. For the price point, this is wonderful.
Delightful now, perhaps could benefit from another 3-5 years with the hope of developing the fruit more and an oxidative quality. If you can find it, buy a few.

2012 base, d/g 2021. Vibrant and eager with toasty notes of baked apple pie. Pin sharp and beautifully detailed with elegance, finesse and mineral energy. Such a lovely texture, driven by a fine mousse and a sense of controlled power. High quality stuff.

I think this was also 9/10/11, but disgorgement was 2020. At Husk Savannah.
A really delicious Champagne in a more throwback style as a bit of oak and a real dosage give this a slight sweetness that is more felt than tasted as well as a richness and body. Good acids and some salinity. Did solid with the Coastal Empire foods of husk.

Lovely yeast characteristics on the nose but more subtle on the palate
