  If you like your Rioja with a ton of oak, you'll like this one. Very generous, rich fruit with a two-by-four dropped in the middle. Well made, but not my style. I really liked the 2001 Crianza, which had less fruit, but more balance. I'd buy a case of the Crianza, which was great QPR. Not so the Reserva.
