  Today's bottle seemed to lack complexity compared to the previous one. Well balanced yes, but there was a more dominant mid-palate note that seemed more one-dimensional, and less overall complexity throughout compared to the last one.

  Didn’t enjoy the 2017 which I felt was much more feminine and lacking in acidity. This on the other hand was terrific despite being lower in ABV.

  Pop and pour. Very stemmy at first but opens nicely with herbs and dark cherries. Drank nicely on day 2.
