A beautiful representation of this unique blend consisting of 38% Petite Sirah, 37% Syrah, 13% Mourvèdre, 12% Alicante Bouschet
Needs a decant and patience will be rewarded. Dark black and red fruits with hints of pepper and earth on the nose.
The palate is clean but full of red fruits and plenty of tannin. A smoky meaty element combines with a light peppery finish. A tasty wine that is good alone or with food. I also tried this with small chocolate covered raspberry sticks and it highlighted the red fruits amazingly.
