  • Organic & biodynamic.
    Slight natty funk upon opening, which was oddly already quite pleasant to start with but became increasingly more enticing once the wine started to warm up a bit and release other aromas.
    This was probably the producer's most recent release (2020) but I saw no sign of a vintage anywhere on the bottle's labels or cork so who knows for sure...

    Intensity: medium (+)
    Aromas: yellow apple, mandarin orange, quince, orange zest, bread dough, crushed chalk
    Development: developing

    PALATE:
    Sweetness : dry
    Acidity: high
    Alcohol : medium
    Body: medium
    Intensity: medium (+)
    Flavors: yellow apple, mandarin orange, lemon, lemon zest, crushed chalk, pear, hint of salt
    Finish: long

    CONCLUSIONS:
    Quality level: very good
    Potential for ageing: can drink now, but has good potential for further ageing
    Other observations: slightly cloudy
