1 hour decant. Served at about 60 F. Ruby colored, just starting to edge towards garnet. Green bell pepper, mocha and a touch of pine forest floor on the nose. Lovely sour cherry and black currant fruit, soft round tannins, black pepper and vaguely bitter dark chocolate notes on the palate. Acidity and alcohol well-integrated. Long drying finish.
