Age has really been kind to this one. Meyer lemon and lychee fruit glide on a fairly viscous bed of creaminess cut by a mineral thread, with a kiss of salted caramel on the medium-long finish. Impressive.

Impressive complexity and persistence. Big butterscotch vibes and reminiscent of gewurtz on the nose. Nice balance overall. I liked this and paired with thanksgiving dinner. Ultimately, I think it would be better on its own or a simple hunk of beef.

Took a flyer on a mixed case, which included this older Rhone white blend. Lime and peah aromas. Round on the midpalate and zippy on the back end, this seems younger than it is. Impressed.

Pretty impressive at 7 years of age and not falling off yet. This is a deliciously complex sip and like Pintag, I'm picking up a nice little petrol note that wasn't evident before. If you told me this was aged Gewurz, I couldn't argue. I have one bottle left that I look forward to springing on a casual white wine drinker and watching their reaction. 😎 I described this a year ago, but it deserves a bump in score. 5+12+17+9= 93

Needed a few hours open to really come together. Still my favorite Rhone blanc to date.
