  One of the best Cabernet Sauvignon from a region that is not well known for the bigger red varietals. This is rich in minerals as you would expect for the region with a thick mushroom and leather mid palette. Finish is long and elegant with just a hint of petrol. 13% (according to the label) which means you should open another bottle without worry. Excellent food friendly wine to be paired with steak or other grilled meats as the tannins perfectly match the burnt crispy areas.

  Great color. The nose shows rich aromas of dark currants, herbs, graphite, cedar and a hint of olive. This is medium full bodied on the palate with good concentration and very good class. The medium plus length finish features ripe tannins and a slight lack of acidity. Round and easy to appreciate.
