  • Fresh berries, brioche and crisp lemon. Will develop further on.

  • Nose: The nose is complex and deep as it instantly fills the glass with brioche, red apples, cherries, quince, spiced pears, saline, roses, nutty tones, cinnamon spices, toast, biscuits, and vanilla.

Taste: The feel is Medium bodied with tart, high acidity. There is a lot of class and balance to the feel with red apples, cherries, quince, spiced pears, roses, toast, nutty tones, cinnamon spices, and brioche. There is excellent length to the finish as it just doesn’t want to stop.

Overall: This can be aged longer and it’s fully ready to go right now. This shows the toastiness of the house, but with more definition to the tones.

  • Bar LQV in Singapore. Beautiful golden Color. Citrus and hay on the nose, nice minerality. High acidity, medium body, medium alcohol, Med flavor intensity, Med+ finish. Pineapple and citrus, lingering salinity, still very young with a high acidity, though well balanced overall. Recommend to serve in bigger wine glasses as this needs time to open up. Perfect to open up the appetite.

  • Little point in re-writing my last note because, looking back on it, it’s nearly identical. I’ll add that this is still young and doesn’t show well from a regular champagne flute. But from a Riedel veritas champagne glass or a white wine glass, it’s super. 92-93+

  • Quite generous from the start. Not at all closed.

Notes of roasted almonds, candied strawberries, marshmallows and red cassics on the nose. Very perfyme-dominated and school example of BdN.

Very fizzy, zingy acid on the palate with bags of berries and sweet fruit. Feels sweet yet with low dosage (fruitiness all the way). Water melon, pine apple and fresh strawberries are mixed with some hints of roasted almonds way back there in the background together with sweet liquorice.

Easy and pleasent drinking. Perfect as mingle wine.
