Foamy, a bit sharp mousse in light body. Dry, fresh, clean, neutral fruitiness and a smokey touch. Rather short aftertaste. Easy-going & quaffable. Corpinnat brut nature from traditional grapes Xarello, Parellada and Macabeo with 49 months on lees, i.e. quite recently disgorged. Would have been interesting to taste after a year or so in bottle after disgorgement.
