  • Interesting nose with some white pepper, minerals, lemon, dried flowers, and a subtle smoke note. Good acidity with similar flavors, a bit of flint, saline notes, and smoked wood on the palate. Nice finish. This is very easy drinking with more subtle flavors, but no lack of complexity. I’m curious how this will evolve. 91-92+

  • Paired with takeout Thai food and was superb. My wife rarely enjoys white wine but loved it. Fresh apricots, orange peel, mango, green apple, and traces of salty lemon-lime infuse the palate and finish. This is a distinctive and memorable wine. Drink 2024-2026. Technical score: 92. Enjoyment score: 92.

  • The first thing that I notice is the decidedly high pH. The nose has lovely minerals, river stone, and sliced pear. Very Alsatian in nature, and would be good with some grilled trout. I think a squeeze of citric acid wouldn’t hurt…

  • Scented with peach and white flower, the soft edges and slight oak touch give off a sophisticated feel, delicious and easy to drink, the palate hints at ginger, lemon, asian pear, peach and mineral flavors, fantastic with food, drinks really well now and may be even better in a couple of years
