Pale gold color. Moderate nose of fruit. Medium concentration. Extemely dry taste. Went well with sashimi for dinner. Wine was better with food than sipping alone.

(Dr. Frank Konstantin Pinot Gris) #4; VaynerPAZZZ; COLOR-medium golden; NOSE-little peach fuzz action; a petrol component; some apple peel as well; PALATE-extremely dry; a little minerality; I like the almost chalky back-end; good acid; good w/ shellfish; but kind of basic; a little one-dimensional w/ it's minerality; not getting any 2nd tier flavors; sour pear on the back-end; not horrible; GV-85/86
(Dr. Konstantin Frank Vinifera Wine Cellars Pinot Gris) An up-and-coming varietal in the Finger Lakes, this pinot gris has straight-forward lemon-citrus and melon aromas with just the most subtle honey and nut. Medium bodied and nicely balance, the flavors closely match the nose. more flavorful than your average pinot grigio, that's for sure.
