Flinty-fizzy, touch of sulfur that blows off. Dry citrus and quenching. I'm not a "natural wine" guy but I like this one. If I were rating this as "what to expect from Chablis" I'd say its not typical at all and put down an 86-88 or so. But on a scale of "do I like this on a hot July day" with food? 93-94 I'll split the difference.

The wine is clear, medium straw yelow core with a thin watery rim, sliglty cloudy, probably not filtered, developing
Medium+ intense, aromas of yellow fruit, apples and grilled lemon, kimmeridgechalk, oysters, flint, devloping and complex
Palate is dry, medium+ acidity, medium alcohol, body and flavour intensity, quite high dry-extract with aromas of lemon, yellow apples, floral notes, white flowers and very clean/light honey, oyster/sea, quite complex, medium finish.
Very well balanced, medium intense and medium finish, very complex and the wine is very nuanced and subtle, solid concentration. Drink now and next 10 years, outstanding quality 92p

Lime, sopp, sitron, søt bakst. Varm årgang merkes, men om dette er veldig langt fra en «klassisk» Chablis er det likevel en strålende vin.
