  기대보다는 못한느낌...
  미디움바디에 처음엔 탄닌감이있으나 이후 산도가 올라옴
  전반적인 밸런스를 이해하기 어려웠음

  드라이, 부드럽지만 혀에 꽤 남는 탄닌감
  오크, 바닐라, 시원한 허브, 삼나무가 메인이고
  블랙베리, 체리의 검은 과실향, 가죽이 뒤따라 온다
  피자랑 어울릴거라 생각하고 페어링했지만
  소고기가 더어울릴 거 같은 와인
  첫날 1시간 가량 디캔팅을 했음에도
  이튿날이 더 풍성한 향과 피니쉬를 느끼게 한다
  맛도 있고 좋은 와인이긴한데...나에겐 한번으로 족한 와인

  Cedar and minerals, with short and late cherry. Tight, perhaps will improve over 5 more years.
