Shy nose with some lanolin and pineapple. It tastes like a crisp bite of green apple, pineapple and a touch of lanolin. It’s crisp and juicy like good german trocken. It has acidity to spare, so you could keep this to see if the lanolin develops into more earthy petrol. I am pleasantly surprised with how dry and crisp this is.
