  A wonderful wine when in the notion of blanc. Straw, greenish color and long legs with a strong nose providing grapefruit and hay aromas. A medium finish providing grapefruit, approcott, strong acidity, long finish, and light mouth feel. A nicely balanced wine. I definitely recommend this wine with salad, oil and vinegar, ground pepper, mild cheddar and raisins.
