  Crystal clear, medium colour depth, golden straw 3
  Classic peach and cashew nut chardonnay nose. Toffee, mild buttery oak notes. 6.5
  Full chardonnay fruit flavour, rich, buttery, mellow. Mild acidity. Mild spirit warmth. Full bodied, dry. Mild grapefruit bitterness. Well balanced. Long finish. 8

  Pale straw, clear 3
  Peach on the nose, with hints of citrus, lemon, apple. Perhaps a suspicion of vanilla toffee or caramel? 6
  Dry, medium body, classic chardonnay soft buttery toffee, mild but slightly sharp malic acidity, light citrus pith bitterness, spirit warmth, good long length. It lingers on and on. 8
  It probably needs a few years for the acidity to soften and the flavours to develop.
