Just fanstastic! The fruit is jumping out of the glass, its more red berries than dark berries. The wine was smooth and very tasty, i have no idea when it would fade because I drank it too fast. I recommend standing the bottle up before popping the cork, lots of sediment.

This wine is aging beautifully, still needs 30-60 minutes of air to really sing. lots of dark fruits, silky soft tannins, some smoke but blinds with fruit so well that it's hard to separate. The finish just goes on and on, glad I have more...probably won't sit on it much longer.

Pnp, gave this bottle 30 minutes to breath before pouring, it needed another 30 to really develop. My last bottle in November was an off bottle, this one sang beautifully. Nice red fruits on the nose, some spicey bramblyness (don't know how else to describe it), and nice meatiness. The palate was soft and structured, the acid kept everything in check with a nice medium finish that begs you for another sip. Very enjoyable with and without food, had this with pizza and it paired great.

Needed to breathe for >1 hour but was worth the wait! Heavy, smooth, full, even though a dry finish and mildly tart at the front. Nose was great in the first hour but didn't taste very good in the first hour; but >1 hr later the nose wasn't as good but the flavor was great.
