    from the estate of Jaddico-Giancòla, near Brindisi with sandy soil
    and vines planted in 2004 at 6000 vines yielding 7 tons per ha.
    Manual harvest. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
    10-day maceration. Complete malolactic.
    Aged 10 months in steel tanks plus 2 months in bottle.
    13.5% Abv. 30,000 bottles
    History: Established by Tommaso Rubino in the early 1980s
    Proprietors: Luigi Rubino and spouse Romina Leopardi

    A(ccuray)=2: Deep ruby/red. Rustic, tarry varietal.
    B(alance)=2: Robust ripe fruit with round, soft structure.
