Boysenberry, raspberry, cardamom, baking spices, white pepper. Medium-full body. Tannins and acidity still present but not overpowering. Medium-long finish. Drink now or in the next 3-5 years.

Still very young. Going to be a big wine, good fruit and acid. At this time even with being aired for around an hour the wine is still pretty much closed in. Excellent balance and medium lingering finish. Try it again in around 3 years.

Drank over a few nights. Seemed to get better after a couple of days. May wait on the next one.

Follow up bottle to another Dry Creek zin of the same vintage. Definitely better from the start with more pronounced goodness.
