  Very nice easy drink white wine. Great on it’s own. Tonight it went great with Confit albacore in a Mediterranean tuna salad. When it is colder it is reminiscent of a crisp Picpoul. As it warmed it became more Italian with a bigger palate. I will keep it cool and crisp next time.
