  Very light pale yellow in color. Light glass cling. On the nose, slight crisp citrus fruits. On the palate, subtle gooseberry and pineapple. Light to medium mouthfeel. Fresh. Rather long finish. Overall, an outside of the normal Sauvignon Blanc from the Southern Hemisphere. Light and not fruit driven.
