  dark strawberry colour, very clear, clean, very good. nose: harsh strawberries with alcohol, plums plus some meaty notes; robust and sharp. taste: medium (+) acidity; quite large amount of tannins - medium grain; hot alcohol; a lot of plums; spicy - cinnamon; softer finish. Bit unbalanced because of alcohol sticking out, but not bad. I like its spiciness.
