Donatella Cinelli Zoom tasting with Violante Cinelli. Drank in Gabriel Standart.
Appearance is clear, medium intensity, ruby colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium intensity, dark red cherry fruit, fresh earth, fresh leather, spice. Developing.
On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol, smooth soft rounded high tannin, medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of dark red cherry, blackberry, fresh earth, light sweet spice. Medium+ finish.
Good quality. Pleasant wine. Can develop a bit more over next 1-2 years I think.
60% Sangiovese, 40% Merlot.
