Translucent cranberry in color with cranberry and black cherry on the nose and palate. As the wine warms, some tar and spice elbow their way across the palate. As you would expect, this is a lighter bodied red but not light in delivering enjoyment. This is drinking well now and will continue to do so for several more years. None, nada, no sediment. 14% alc. With Moses Sleeper cheese and sourdough bread, a good pairing. 07.21.23. Recommended.

Had at the The Wolseley from a somewhat limited BTG choice. Not the best stemware either - short broad coupes.
Jammy blue and black fruit, some peppery spice. Integrated tannins and medium acidity. Tasty but pretty simple. A good pizza wine and I mean no disrespect by that!

BBQ with Britta and Martin at our house. Decanted for one hour. Dark ruby colour. Ripe red and dark fruit, ripe cherry, light spice, some vanilla, and a light black tea leaf component on the finish, with good acidity, fine, dry, well-integrated tannin, and good length. The alcohol is warming on the finish. Medium-bodied, fresh and easy-drinking. Loosely structured. Drink now.
