  Appearance: clear medium lemon-green
  Nose: clean, medium intensity aroma, secondary, youthful. Lime, lime peel, lemon. Starfruit. Nashi pear. Tonic water, fennel, cucumber. Bread dough.
  Palate: dry, medium acidity, medium alcohol (13%), medium bodied. Medium intensity flavours, secondary flavours. Youthful. Medium length palate. Lemon, lime, lime peel. Tonic water, fennel, cucumber. Starfruit. Nashi pear. Bread dough. Wet stone.
  Conclusions: very good. Drink now, can age.
  62% Grenache blanc, 10% Clairette, 17% Roussanne, 8% Picpoul, 3% Bourboulenc. Seal screwcap.
