Smoky, creosote, Candied fruit that leans towards the blackberry end of the spectrum barely covering some stony base notes. Combines that candied tone with lots of savory roast meat and floral, backing spice tones. Very herbs de provence with a cinnamon top note. Early cherry fruit on the palate, this remains tannic and a bit tough at pnp. Smells better than it tastes, so hopefully it pops open with some air. Super fresh, well balanced, and promising.
Opening with some sweetness to the nose, smoky undertones, less spice with more fruit and sous bois. Stony, edgy and angular in the mouth, good length to the concentrated fruit. Still tight and youthful and moderately tannic. Has a case of the 2005itis. Mushroom and fruit gain traction on the nose. Lots of material here but this is soo angular. today

Good solid Pinot. Cherry and sage taste. There's acidity and plenty of tannins which need to subside. Give this another 3-5 years. There's plenty of life left in this wine.

I know it's young, but I'm not getting a lot from this wine - nose is fairly open but it's feeling thin and flat on the palate, just not doing anything for me right now, even though it seems fairly well made.

Garnet color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Tight nose giving way to notes of berries, black cherries, a bit of leather and a dash of underbrush. Flavors of black berries, black cherries and a hint of bitters. Continue to hold. Not rated because too young right now but does show some promising notes.

Great balance. Drinking well now although still feels very youthful.
